Every home starts with a vision. This could be an idea you’ve sketched on a napkin or a digital file of images you’ve been gathering for years. At our first consultation, we invite you to share your vision, your wish list, your dream. In turn, we’ll share potential floor plans, review our suppliers and materials we work with, and answer any questions you have about building with Wilcor Homes.

An integral part of the dream stage is securing financing for the project. Our team provides guidance as needed, walking you through the steps and working with your financial institution to support you in the process.

DESIGN

At the heart of every home we build is a passion for design. Wilcor’s in-house design team approaches the design stage as a collaboration with our clients — we are partners in this exciting process! Designing your home can be completed within weeks or take a few months, depending on your needs and vision for the home. Once the floor plan is complete, we provide guidance in choosing materials and finishings, connecting you with our suppliers and offering suggestions along the way. Throughout each step, we work closely with you to ensure the home we design is the home you desire.

Wilcor’s construction team is made up of highly-skilled trades who are experts in their field. Along with the superior quality of materials we use, the craftsmanship of our homes is a testament to the experience, skill, and attention to detail we bring to every project. Our professional team will manage your home build from start to finish to ensure that all building codes are met and inspections are passed. This will allow you to enjoy the process of building your dream home as every detail will be taken care and executed with the highest standards.

communication and time

We believe that transparency and strong communication is key to a successful partnership with our clients. Throughout the build, we update you regularly on your home’s progress, and welcome you to visit the site with one of our team members.

A home build is typically complete within 8-10 months. One of our favourite parts of our job is seeing the smiles (and happy tears) on our clients’ faces as they walk through their finished home.
